meet danielle

Danielle Sloan brings more than two decades of real estate industry experience and a straightforward, personal approach to helping clients buy and sell in Southern Maryland. Licensed since 2008, she combines local knowledge, thoughtful strategy, and skilled negotiation with a belief that exceptional service starts with understanding the person behind the move.

Her experience spans million-dollar properties, waterfront homes, land, new construction, and resale, as well as first-time purchases, investment properties, and relocation. Whether preparing a distinctive home for market or helping a buyer evaluate acreage, Danielle tailors her approach to the property, the circumstances, and her client’s long-term goals. As a Military Relocation Professional, she also understands the planning and coordination involved in moves connected to military service.

Having worked both independently and within real estate teams, Danielle understands the value of collaboration, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. That experience helped shape the SoMD Cribs Collective at Samson Properties, where she and Jaime Vlahos work together to deliver attentive, personalized service. Their approach pairs professional guidance with an approachable style, giving clients room to ask questions, speak candidly, and feel confident in their decisions.

Danielle serves Calvert, St. Mary’s, Charles, and surrounding counties. Her professional designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Outside of real estate, Danielle enjoys live music, a good dose of ’90s hip-hop, and time with her two adult children and close friends. She brings that same sense of connection, and a well-timed sense of humor, to her work. Her clients can expect honest advice, a clear plan, and an advocate who takes their goals personally.

meet jaime

Jaime Lee Vlahos brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in human resources, operations, and organizational strategy to her work in real estate. Her background in guiding complex negotiations, managing competing priorities, and helping people navigate significant change provides a strong foundation for representing buyers and sellers.

Throughout her career, Jaime has led organizations through mergers and acquisitions, built high-performing teams, and developed strategies that turn ambitious goals into actionable plans. In real estate, she applies that same discipline to understanding her clients’ priorities, positioning properties, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating the details of each transaction. Her approach is thoughtful and personal, with an emphasis on clear communication, discretion, and attentive service.

Jaime’s leadership has earned recognition from NH Business Magazine, United Way, and the Small Business Administration. Her work has also been featured in The New York Times, on WMUR News 9’s The Round Table, and on Pentagon TV. Her commitment to housing extends beyond her profession through service on the Board of Directors for The Way Home, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing housing insecurity.

As part of the SoMD Cribs Collective at Samson Properties, Jaime works alongside Danielle Sloan to offer clients a collaborative approach grounded in business strategy, local expertise, and genuine connection. She brings careful preparation and a steady perspective to every move, whether helping someone purchase their first home or navigate a more complex sale.

A proud Navy wife and devoted boy mom, Jaime spends much of her time outside of work around football, lacrosse, and animal rescue. Her connection to military life adds a personal understanding of the transitions families face, and the importance of having someone dependable in their corner.
